GENERAL INFORMATION: Orders containing in-stock merchandise usually ship via FEDEX same day when placed before 2pm PST Monday - Thursday and before 12pm PST on Fridays. Otherwise, orders may take 2-3 business days to fulfill. Orders are fulfilled in the order they are placed. Please note orders placed during holiday seasons may take longer to fulfill, however we pride ourselves on getting orders out quickly and take measures to do so during peak times to help avoid extra delays.

Please take into consideration that some products may take additional time for delivery and processing.
Important: Your order is shipped once your payment has been cleared. Please contact our customer service center if you would like to request an exchange or return on your order.

Please note that we are unable to deliver to Post Office boxes, as the package needs to be signed by the customer.

- Customs and Duties

The recipient will be held responsible for international shipments which may be subject to import duties and taxes. Please be advised that these charges are levied by the destination country and we do not have control over them. In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to Korea and will not be re-shipped. Relevant expenses (round-trip shipping, customs, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.

In case of product defect, please email out team (yhkim@misterbower.com) your order number and a clear photo of the defective item WITHIN 48 hours of receiving your package so we can correct this situation.
